Ever since I received the beautiful Ben Nye/MAC pigments, I couldn’t wait to put them into use. And I did… Today… It was magical! Let me begin by telling you that pigments are not difficult to use, so long as you treat them carefully 😉 Just tap some product on the lid, dip your brush in it, and apply it as if it were eyeshadow. That easy.
You can use pigments dry or wet, although I have not done the wet version yet. In theory, it should be even more powerful of an effect.
I love the combination of yellow and blue, so I first gave that idea a try. This was the result:
I have to admit I was really pleased with this experiment. The colours blended very smoothly together, and my brand new MUG gel liner nicely complemented the whole look. It is such a beautiful blue colour, and it glides on so effortlessly. I love it! I will probably try more of these gel liners in the future.

The second look was dedicated to my MAC pigments, Fuchsia (which I just received) and Lucky in Love (which I already had). So I name this look “Fuchsia in Love”..cheesy, ha?!
There it is:
I cannot make up my mind whether I really pulled it off, as I wanted to…but it is a pretty combination of colours. What do you think?
