Hello!
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend 🙂 Mine wasn’t very spectacular so I am not going to brag about it. Unless you think cleaning your house every Sunday is a blast, in which case my weekend rocked!!!
On to the makeup now :D…For a while, I have been thinking about experimenting with somewhat darker looks, which is not very typical for me. Most of the time, I end up creating something super colourful, but not dark. The time is ripe to try some variety and what’s better than doing a dark smokey eye. So far, so good. But hmm, not a black smokey eye. Don’t get me wrong! It is a classic for a reason – it’s beautiful. Green is gorgeous too though…wouldn’t you agree…dark forest green over a black base…? Like Envy…;)
Envy is among the Makeup Geek e/s that I love the most. Stunning deep dark green with a green shimmer, simply a pleasure to work with. I used a black gel liner as a base on the lid for Envy. To make it even more dramatic, I sprinkled MAC Reflects Pearl glitter (I am becoming seriously addicted to it!) and added some really noticeable false lashes =>
