Vintage smoke

Good evening on this gloomy Monday (it’s rainy and grey here…not to mention really cold)!

To overcome the looming winter depression, I prescribe makeup…take it out and use it. You are officially allowed to go dark and heavy without worrying that it will be over-the-top or melt down your face, which is in fact a great “side-effect” of the colder months ahead. Right?! (trying to remain positive here haha)

In light of the above, I decided to do a smokey eye today, with a bit of a Vintage twist:

Dark, dark green with vintage gold and some false lashes…nothing more, nothing less.

This look is very easy to do, could be quite versatile in terms of the basic colour that you choose (the dark green that I used can easily be switched to dark purple, dark blue, chocolate brown, or even pitch black), and looks so glamorous.

Isn’t it perfect for an evening/night out?
