Sugarpill week. Day 2. Sunset makeup looks with the Burning Heart palette

Hey guys!

Today’s post is a special one – it is my 100th blog post 🙂 and, I also noticed that I am at almost 5000 views…may not sound like much, considering there are makeup blogs out there that get this same amount of views per day, but it’s a milestone nonetheless. I think since I started this blog it has changed and become better. It’s still not at the quality I would like it to have, but I am on my way…

Welcome to day 2 of the Sugarpill week I am having on the blog this week!

Yesterday, day 1, was review and swatches day (interested => click, or just scroll a bit down hehe). As of now though, we get to the really fun part – makeup looks with the Sugarpill products that I have.

First stop on this journey will be the Burning Heart palette:

Don’t the colours remind you of a sunset?

I came up with two looks, Sunset looks 1 and 2, using all the colours in this palette…I just arranged them differently. I actually showed you one of the looks some time ago on facebook but then I only had bad-quality phone photos and no close-ups.

I did experience some small “bumps on the road” today…messed up on of the looks and had to start all over. Then, my eye decided to get all bitchy on me and started tearing up…bleh! Try lining your waterline when your eye is irritated…not gonna work!!!

After some frustration, here are the makeup looks I created with Sugaprill’s Burning Heart palette:
